ABOUT

Workers in God’s Service, known as "WinGS, Inc.” is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit religious organization, which was organized in 2004. WinGS’ ultimate purpose is to advance the kingdom of God by equipping the saints for service, and the development of spiritual gifts.

Scripture: Isaiah 40:31
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
WinGS Outreach & Worship Church Service: Sunday 9:30 am Bible Study Monday 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Reverend Dianne Taybron Suggs
Pastor

Reverend Dianne Taybron Suggs is a native Carolinian and a product of the Durham Public School System. She is a graduate of United Christian College, where she earned a Bachelor of Theology Degree in Christian Education and Biblical Studies. Reverend Suggs served for many years as an instructor at United Christian College.
She is a practical preacher and teacher of the Word, with a message of hope and restoration. She is a soul winner and disciple for Christ, called by God to minister to the broken in spirit and those behind prison walls and couples; inspiring them to live balanced lives, being whole and complete in every area of their lives through the application of the Word of God.
Reverend Suggs is the founder of “Workers in God’s Service,” known as WinGS, Inc., birthed in 2004 as a Christian, faith-based non-profit organization. WinGS is a venue that promotes spiritual maturity, physical and emotional healing and the enhancement of the gift of serving through Evangelism and Community Outreach.
After many years of avoidance, she accepted her call to Pastorship and began conducting worship services in January 2017. WinGS Outreach and Worship is a non-denominational church.
Though her personal accomplishments, acknowledgements and awards are many, her ultimate desire is to be known and remembered as a woman with a heart to serve God and His people with a "Spirit of Excellence." With over twenty-five years of experience in the financial field, she has been granted many platforms to educate and instruct in the area of "Stewardship, as a way of Life."
Reverend Suggs' life reflects her message of completeness as she balances ministry responsibilities with her duties as a wife to Charles C. Suggs for over thirty years, mother of three and proud grandmother of five.
Scripture: Philippians 4:13
"I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”

BIBLE STUDY
Why is weekly Bible Study beneficial? Bible Study provides the foundation for your faith, gives you an avenue to ask questions and participate in discussions; but most importantly teaches you how to have a relationship with Christ and live a Christ-centered life.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Sunday Reflection
Brothers and Sisters,
Know your identity in Christ. When we believe in and receive Jesus Christ, we become
children of God. Our identity should not be shaped by the opinions of the world, our
circumstances, or the words of naysayers, but by what God says about us. You are
loved, accepted, and worthy because God has established your worth. Jesus is the
ultimate expression of God’s love for you and me. Our faith is not simply about religiosity.
It is about having a relationship with the One who created us and calls us His own.
You were created with purpose and dignity. We were made in the image of God, and because of that, every person has inherent worth and value. You are not ordinary. You were created to reflect God’s love and goodness. Our worth is not determined by our accomplishments, status, mistakes, or what others think of us. God has already established our value. Because every person bears His image, we are called to respect, honor, and value one another.
Believe what God says about you. You are loved. You are accepted. You are worthy of respect and dignity. You are somebody. Do not allow the voices of others to speak louder than the voice of God. Embrace His truth, see yourself through His eyes, and walk confidently in the identity He has given you. When you know who you are in Christ, you can navigate life with confidence, purpose, and faith. You are who God says you are!
Humbly Submitted,
Bro. Dayshon Bynum
Will you step on higher ground?
God requires us to continue to grow and elevate, which is when we rise above to the
understanding on which God requires us to be on. Higher ground brings new levels,
new victories, new relationships with God, more trials, tests and new demons with the
old ones.
In order to make it to higher ground, you need to be a full-time saint, not a seasonal
saint.
You shall be like David and rejoice even while being pursued by your enemies. We will receive spiritual strength as we align ourselves with God because elevation comes from God alone, not man. But to get there, you need to be consistent, and not in stagnation. As a believer, you can’t be lukewarm, you must chase and activate your faith.
Higher ground means a higher level of faith. You must ask God to increase your faith. Faith will keep you steady, because faith enables us to face our fears. While obedience leads to blessings and favor; being disobedient hinders your chance and opportunity to move on to the next level.
Prayer is also necessary for elevation, because prayer unlocks divine elevation, and breakthroughs. Faith, prayer and obedience are a part of our growth, and leads to humility. You need to be humble in order to reach higher ground. Sometimes God will allow you to rise, but the higher you are, the harder you will fall. But God gives us supernatural powers meaning you will land on good ground. David landed on the promise of higher ground, because he kept his faith and put his trust in the Lord.

Sis. Tori Lundy

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for this glorious day. Let us exalt Your holy name and give thanks for all that You have blessed us with. Let us use our voices to express the goodness of our Lord and Savior.
Seal our hearts with Your holy name, so that we may forever know that Your Holy Spirit has been instilled within us. Let us use the gifts You have given us to exemplify the glory and power of our Father in Heaven.
Let us remind ourselves and others that the victory of Jesus Christ lives on and forever will remain. So I will use the voice You have given me to give thanks in the name of Jesus.
Let us give thanks to the Spirit of the Lord for remaining faithful and protecting us through our troubles and trials. You have been there for us from the beginning, navigating us through the darkest valleys. Let us remember that we may be pricked by thorns, only to one day see the meadows of our beautiful Father, who has given us the everlasting promise that He will always be there.
Let us remember that You have given each and every one of us wisdom. As long as we look to You and Your Holy Word, it nourishes our spirits in an everlasting way. You have planted Your roots within us so that our limbs may extend toward one another, allowing us to grow closer to You and to each other.
Let us remind one another to call upon the name of Jesus for all that He is and all that He does. For we have a victorious God who understands us and understands all that we are going through.
Let us seek Your counsel in all that we do God, for You shepherd us through every valley so that we may walk toward the gates of salvation. Let us remain ready, equipped, and prepared to follow wherever You lead us. Let us exemplify, through our gaits and our ways, all that the Lord has done for us.
Let us set a reminder within our hearts that God has provided for us, has fought for us, and forever will fight for us with all of His might. We have a testimony to proclaim a million times over: our God will never fail.
That He never ceases to work, even when His own children may be stubborn to move. So let us seek His discipline, and when He says, “You better move,” we move.
Let us seek His knowledge and guidance, so that just as He knows our ways, we may look to Him with full obedience and servitude. Let us understand that our Father is our protector and that He will forever provide.
God let Your light shine upon us. Let Your presence and reverence rest upon us. Let our Father in Heaven lead us toward Him. And we shall follow, because He has already set the destination before us.
Let us hold one another’s hands through our journeys. Let the very day the Lord has made be a reminder that He never ceases. That He has made it that we can all be here in unison to give Him praise. Let us see with our very eyes where the Lord has brought us.
For there may have been moments when we thought the odds were against us, but what the Lord is doing for us will cause every obstacle to stand beneath us. Our Father has lifted us through moments when we thought we would never rise again. He has displayed His love for us in times when our hearts were broken. He has healed us in crises we thought we were not ready to face.
And let it be known, that’s how the light got in.
Those broken places became the very spaces where God’s light entered. What we thought would destroy us became places where He mended us. What we thought would leave us empty became places where He filled us. What we thought would be the end became another testimony of His faithfulness.
He has mended us, and He will do so again. And if I could say again, that’s how the light got in. He is, and forever will be, our God.
Amen.
