ABOUT

Workers in God’s Service, known as "WinGS, Inc.” is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit religious organization, which was organized in 2004. WinGS’ ultimate purpose is to advance the kingdom of God by equipping the saints for service, and the development of spiritual gifts.

Scripture: Isaiah 40:31
"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
WinGS Outreach & Worship Church Service: Sunday 9:30 am Bible Study Monday 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Reverend Dianne Taybron Suggs
Pastor

Reverend Dianne Taybron Suggs is a native Carolinian and a product of the Durham Public School System. She is a graduate of United Christian College, where she earned a Bachelor of Theology Degree in Christian Education and Biblical Studies. Reverend Suggs served for many years as an instructor at United Christian College.
She is a practical preacher and teacher of the Word, with a message of hope and restoration. She is a soul winner and disciple for Christ, called by God to minister to the broken in spirit and those behind prison walls and couples; inspiring them to live balanced lives, being whole and complete in every area of their lives through the application of the Word of God.
Reverend Suggs is the founder of “Workers in God’s Service,” known as WinGS, Inc., birthed in 2004 as a Christian, faith-based non-profit organization. WinGS is a venue that promotes spiritual maturity, physical and emotional healing and the enhancement of the gift of serving through Evangelism and Community Outreach.
After many years of avoidance, she accepted her call to Pastorship and began conducting worship services in January 2017. WinGS Outreach and Worship is a non-denominational church.
Though her personal accomplishments, acknowledgements and awards are many, her ultimate desire is to be known and remembered as a woman with a heart to serve God and His people with a "Spirit of Excellence." With over twenty-five years of experience in the financial field, she has been granted many platforms to educate and instruct in the area of "Stewardship, as a way of Life."
Reverend Suggs' life reflects her message of completeness as she balances ministry responsibilities with her duties as a wife to Charles C. Suggs for over thirty years, mother of three and proud grandmother of five.
Scripture: Philippians 4:13
"I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”

BIBLE STUDY
Why is weekly Bible Study beneficial? Bible Study provides the foundation for your faith, gives you an avenue to ask questions and participate in discussions; but most importantly teaches you how to have a relationship with Christ and live a Christ-centered life.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

May 03, 2026 Weekly Notes
_______________________________________________________________________

As believers in Christ, most of us have experienced a time
early on within our relationship with God where we longed to
truly understand what it means to hear his voice or honestly
had no idea starting out what that even looked like. As
children in Christ, you’d hear fellow believers constantly speak on their encounters where God told them something whether it was a clear auditable voice or him speaking to them in prayer through his word. As you strengthened your walk with him, the more you began to hear him and gain understanding on what it meant. When we anchor ourselves with the voice of God, it offers a peace that we can’t gain anywhere else.
At times the world around us can seem loud, messy and just overall chaos but in the midst of these tribulations it helps Christians to know God’s voice. Instead of trying to follow your own desires and passions, it is critical that we follow Christ as his sheep. Sometimes our own voice can lead us down a path of destruction if it does not align with God’s will. When you know his voice you’ll be led to follow him and when you follow him it’ll push you to obey him. When those three go hand and hand, you cannot fail. God’s real sheep keep following him even when the path seems uncertain to us due our human nature of wanting to know the outcome before we step on the road.
Trusting in Christ will require you to follow him blindly and seek him like never before. Fellow brothers and sisters, understand that when you do this you are demonstrating to God that you heard him, trust him and are willing to go wherever he takes you. So when you find yourself questioning his voice, be reminded of that place you were in when you were a baby in Christ and did not understand what his voice sounded like. You later learned you didn’t hear him because you weren’t listening. He continuously speaks all around us but it’s up to you to silence your own voice to turn his up.
Respectfully Submitted,
Sis. Niya J. Montgomery

Heavenly Father, We come before You today with grateful hearts, humbly gathering in Your presence. Thank You for the gift of life, for waking us up this morning, and for allowing us to be here together. Lord, we recognize that every breath we take is because of Your grace, and we do not take that for granted. We thank You for Your love that is unfailing, unconditional, and everlasting. Even when we fall short, even when we lose our way, You remain faithful. Your mercy meets us where we are, and Your grace lifts us higher than we could ever reach on our own. We are grateful, Lord, that You never leave us nor forsake us. As we begin this time together, we invite Your presence into this space. Fill this room, fill our hearts, and fill our minds. Let Your Holy Spirit move freely among us. Remove distractions, remove any heaviness, and help us to focus completely on You. Open our ears so we may hear Your voice clearly, and soften our hearts so we may receive what You have for us today.
Lord, we ask for forgiveness. Forgive us for the times we have sinned knowingly and unknowingly. Forgive us for the words we’ve spoken that were not pleasing to You, for the thoughts we’ve held on to that were not pure, and for the actions we’ve taken that did not reflect Your love. Cleanse us, Lord, and make us new. Help us to walk in righteousness and to strive each day to be more like You. Father, we lift up everyone gathered here today. You know every heart, every struggle, every burden that may be carried into this room. For those who are hurting, we ask for comfort. For those who are anxious, we ask for peace. For those who feel lost, we ask for direction. Remind each person here that they are seen, they are known, and they are deeply loved by You.
We pray for strength, Lord. Life can be challenging and sometimes the weight of our responsibilities, our worries, and our fears can feel overwhelming; but Your Word reminds us that we can do all things through You who gives us strength. So today, we lean on You. Renew our strength, restore our joy, and give us the courage to face whatever lies ahead. Lord, we pray for unity among us. Help us to love one another as You have loved us. Remove any division, pride, or misunderstanding, and replace it with compassion, patience, and kindness. Teach us to uplift one another, to support one another, and to walk together in faith. As we continue in this gathering, we ask that everything that is said and done would bring glory to You. Guide the speakers, leaders, and everyone involved. Give them wisdom, clarity, and confidence. Let their words be led by Your Spirit and not by their own understanding.
We also take a moment to pray for those who are not here today, our family members, friends, and loved ones. Watch over them, protect them, and draw them closer to You. Use us as vessels of Your love in their lives, so that they may see You through us. Lord, help us not to just hear Your Word today, but to live it out. Let this not be just a moment, but a transformation. Challenge us, grow us, and shape us into who You have called us to be. When we leave this place, let us carry Your light into the world, shining in darkness and reflecting Your love in all that we do. We trust You, Lord, with everything—our present, our future, and everything in between. We surrender our plans to You, knowing that Your ways are higher and Your plans are greater than anything we could imagine. Thank You again for this opportunity to gather. Thank You for Your presence. Thank You for Your love. We give You all the honor, all the glory, and all the praise.
In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
