"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Reverend Dianne Taybron Suggs
Pastor

Reverend Dianne Taybron Suggs is a native Carolinian and a product of the Durham Public School System. She is a graduate of United Christian College, where she earned a Bachelor of Theology Degree in Christian Education and Biblical Studies. Reverend Suggs served for many years as an instructor at United Christian College.
She is a practical preacher and teacher of the Word, with a message of hope and restoration. She is a soul winner and disciple for Christ, called by God to minister to the broken in spirit and those behind prison walls and couples; inspiring them to live balanced lives, being whole and complete in every area of their lives through the application of the Word of God.
Reverend Suggs is the founder of “Workers in God’s Service,” known as WinGS, Inc., birthed in 2004 as a Christian, faith-based non-profit organization. WinGS is a venue that promotes spiritual maturity, physical and emotional healing and the enhancement of the gift of serving through Evangelism and Community Outreach.
After many years of avoidance, she accepted her call to Pastorship and began conducting worship services in January 2017. WinGS Outreach and Worship is a non-denominational church.
Though her personal accomplishments, acknowledgements and awards are many, her ultimate desire is to be known and remembered as a woman with a heart to serve God and His people with a "Spirit of Excellence." With over twenty-five years of experience in the financial field, she has been granted many platforms to educate and instruct in the area of "Stewardship, as a way of Life."
Reverend Suggs' life reflects her message of completeness as she balances ministry responsibilities with her duties as a wife to Charles C. Suggs for over thirty years, mother of three and proud grandmother of five.
Scripture: Philippians 4:13
"I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”

BIBLE STUDY
Why is weekly Bible Study beneficial? Bible Study provides the foundation for your faith, gives you an avenue to ask questions and participate in discussions; but most importantly teaches you how to have a relationship with Christ and live a Christ-centered life.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Sunday Reflection
Family of Believers,
Have you ever noticed that sometimes things, seasons, and even people
do not look like they are supposed to look? Perhaps the process has not
yet been completed. We do not always look like what or who God created
us to be, but God’s hands are still working on us. Scripture reminds us that
we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works. We were once spiritually dead, but through grace, God has made us alive in Christ. You are not an accident. You were created in the image of God, designed by His hands, and created with a specific purpose. You are God’s masterpiece, and there is a reason He created you.
Becoming who God intended you to be requires a relationship with Him. Sometimes, before we can become, we have to unbecome by letting go of false identities, old ways, and the things that keep us from looking more like Christ. God knows you better than you know yourself. He knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb, and His plans for your life were established before you ever took your first breath. We exist to bring God glory, and our lives are meant to reflect Him. Therefore, trust the One who designed you. Acknowledge Him in all your ways, follow His plan, and remember that Jehovah Jireh will provide. God has brought you through storms before and He will do it again. He promises to supply every need according to His riches in glory.
Finally, becoming who God created you to be requires patience, obedience, and trust in God’s timing. His plan may not always align with our expectations, but God does not change, and His purpose for our lives remains firm. Sometimes we miss what God is doing because our timing is different from His, but the waiting process is not wasted. There is a time and a season for everything under heaven, and those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. Wait on Him. Be patient. When the time is right, the Lord will make it happen. As you become who God created you to be, seek Him first, walk in obedience, listen for His voice, and choose your circle wisely. God designed you with purpose, and when you trust His process, He will bring His masterpiece to completion.
Respectfully Submitted,
Bro. Dayshon Bynum
Will you take the time to reset your life to Christ?
We’ve seen people walk around with the "faith over fear" shirts but do they
really know what faith over fear means? Faith was designed so that we
could understand and see souls be saved. It encourages us to remember
that we need to put our trust and full faith in the Lord and forget about our
fears, for we will not have fears if we have trust in God. The slogan "faith
over fear" and shirt is typically worn when challenges or obstacles are coming or that are in the way and we want other people to see what we’re going through. When we feed our fears, our faith deteriorates because without trust there’s no relationship. However, if you don’t have a relationship, it doesn’t mean that God does not want a relationship with you, but he will not force one upon you.
No matter what you do, God loves you. Love is fundamental for our faith and scriptures tell us that God loves us. We learned from scripture that God is love and anything that isn’t love isn’t God. Fear isn’t of God, because fear wasn’t put in you by God. When you trust in God, there will be peace by embracing faith. Through the word of God, we can allow our faith to drive out our fears. God will supply each and every one of our needs as we keep our faith in Him. We must have a relationship with God and that doesn’t mean we rely on our mother's or grandmother’s prayers. We pray for ourselves and build a strong relationship with God each and every day.
No matter what you look like or however strong your relationship may be or however weak, you may still not be in the place that God wants you in. That means that there will be a divine shifting to move you. Anything that is in the way will be pushed out to make God the number one priority. Ask God and pray for him to help you with your fears. Focus on the strength that God will give you when you overcome the thorn that is stuck in your side. That means that the devil is playing tricks on your mind or playing tricks in your body and God wants you to ask for help. He wants you to pray to him and he will provide you strength to overcome that challenge. You need to recharge your relationship with God and keep your relationship plugged in. Just as if you would charge your phone every night or every day, you need to charge your relationship with God through prayer, fasting, and meditating on God’s word. You won’t need to recharge your relationship if it stays plugged in because the power is maintained.
Be confident that you are able to do whatever God has called you to do; which means that you are willing and know that you capable and able to do what God has called you to do and to walk in the way that God has called you to walk. Connect to people who will encourage you. If they don’t encourage you, don’t connect with them. Sometimes you have to be all alone connecting with yourself because you’re the only one who will encourage yourself. Live a life full of gratitude and be thankful in everything you do even if it’s just another step. Each and every day be thankful and show gratitude. No matter what the circumstance may be, God will stay with us. We have been promised that God won’t leave us nor forsake us. Ultimately, will you embrace your relationship and put your faith in God?

God, we are gathered here today to give thanks in Jesus Christ. God, remind each of us that You are our shelter, the refuge beneath whose wings we can rest. Remind us that the afflictions of this world may wound us, but Your love and sovereignty forever reign. So I ask that You shower us with Your love, because I say with everything in me that I need it. We need it. We cannot go without it.
For I cannot always face heartache head-on because I weep, but remind me that You have wept too. Remind us that sometimes we choose not to show our faces in crowds, places, and spaces because we have mistaken hardness for strength, when true strength may be found in vulnerability. When we have chosen to stand firm in our anger, I ask that You meet us with serendipity. For You are our provider, the God who makes a way where there seems to be none.
Father God, I ask that You bless us with the unexpected. Let our breakthrough become a testimony seen by many. Reveal Your goodness through us in ways we never could have imagined. Show us that You alone have the final say. Make a way that proves only You could have made it, just as You have done before.
Part our Red Sea. Stand between us and what pursues us. Lead us through the waters on dry ground, and let us look back and know that the path was opened by Your hand. If I can say anything, I would say for myself that I often do not say when something bothers me because I often think that no one hears me. But I would say out loud that the enemy is a liar.
You do hear me. You always have. You have tended to me in ways far greater than my natural eyes can see. I do not take Your covering lightly, because You have watched over me and will continue to watch over me. I ask that You watch over us.
Touch the deepest places of our hearts and cover them with the embroidery of Your love. Bind what has been torn. Guard what is tender. Let Your presence rest over us like a mantle. Sometimes our hearts break over the things we see, the things we feel, the things we have witnessed, and the things that have been revealed before we were ready to receive them. So, Heavenly Father, remind us that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You can mend what we cannot repair
Gather the pieces of our hearts in Your hands. We bow to You at this very moment with our hearts not on our sleeves, but in our hands, because only You know exactly what to do with them. Like children, let us sing that the whole world is in Your hands. So we trust You with our broken hearts. Shape them again with patience, mercy, and love.
For only You know what can save us from fatality, fatigue, famine, and the frown that hardship may place upon our faces. So I ask that You teach us to smile again. Not because pain was never real, but because Your goodness is still present. Let us see Your joy breaking through the clouds of brighter days. Let us recognize the serendipitous kindness of our Lord and Savior, who has prepared for us a taste as sweet as He is: Salvation.
Let us never take the power of Jesus lightly. For I have seen coals singe the earthly grass, and our God bring renewal to that same ground. What looked scorched was not beyond Your reach. What appeared lifeless was not beyond Your breath.
Let that remind us of all You created in seven days, and of the power You still possess to make all things new. Let us see light through our darkest times, because we know You will guide us through hard places. Let us look toward the sky and remember that You have allowed the sun to shine upon us. Let Your light rise within us like morning after a long night, so that we may reflect the very light You have provided. God, I ask that You illuminate us. Set a reminder in our hearts that You created the seas. Teach us to trust that You can water our roots, soften the ground around us, and cause us to sprout into something beautifully made like a rose pushing through concrete.
Remind us that You created us, as well as every living thing in this world. So it is only right we cast our burdens at your feet. For Your Holy Word says: “Look at the birds in the sky; they do not reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” Therefore, You said, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body and what you will wear. We shall seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that all these things shall be given to us as well.
So let us cast our burdens at Your feet and receive today as another testimony in our lives. May we never take for granted any day You have given us. For the pages of our story are still turning because of You. The chapter is not finished, and Your hand is still writing. So let us exalt Your Holy Name on this very day.
Amen.
